The mission of the Clearfield Creek Watershed Association is to improve and protect the quality and beauty of the Clearfield Creek and to enhance life in the Clearfield Creek Watershed by:
- Assessing, monitoring, reclaiming and controlling areas of the watershed affected by acid mine drainage (AMD)
- Establish environmental education and monitoring programs within the local schools
